How to use
Cleanse your face (and use your LED mask first on LED days). Place the upper piece, then the lower piece, relax for 20 to 30 minutes until clear, remove and pat in the rest.

The mask is really comfortable to wear. I have dozed off a few times wearing it. My forehead wrinkles have smoothened out quite a bit and my face is brighter. I will keep wearing it to hopefully reduce my hyperpigmentation some more.
