Most women manage bladder leaks with pads because that is what the pharmacy sells. Pads work, but they announce themselves: the bulk, the rustle, the line under clothes, and the small cost that never stops.

What to expect, honestly
This is underwear, not a treatment. It manages leaks so you stop planning your day around them. It does not treat the cause. If leaking is new, or getting worse, see your doctor as well.
It is made for light to moderate leaks — drops when you cough, sneeze, laugh or lift. For heavy loss it is not enough on its own.
Getting the size right
Measure your hips at the widest point and follow the chart on the product page. Between two sizes, take the larger one: too tight is the most common reason people give up on it. Most people start with three pairs, then add more once they know their size.
