What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order details and messages to customer service.
Payment: handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
Browsing data: IP address, device and browser, pages viewed and similar data, collected with cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, prevent fraud, improve our site, and, where you allow it, show you ads and send you marketing emails.

Only with the services we need to run the store: Shopify, payment providers, our supplier and carriers, email tools, and advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) [? confirm the Meta pixel is connected to the store]. We don't sell your personal information.

Where it's stored
